Apeco’s modern aggregate mixing unit allows for the flexible production of different aggregate mixes and the ability to meet increasingly stringent quality requirements. The unit is designed to produce various long fractions (graded aggregate) at a rate of 400 t/h according to the desired grading curve. High flexibility and process automation offer increased productivity and efficiency across the entire production process.
The modern automation system allows production to be fully monitored to ensure a high-quality final product.

The aggregate mixing line also allows for highly efficient enrichment of domestic limestone aggregates. This is achieved by mixing hydraulic road binder (HRB) or simple cement into the aggregate. Cement or HRB is mixed into the aggregate by dosing it into the aggregate from the silo according to the entered formula. Thanks to innovative solutions, the whole unit is extremely easy to control and handle. Based on a pre-defined formula and with the help of an RFID card, dump truck drivers can handle the entire loading process by themselves with a single push of a button, which will activate the entire line. The unit enables the necessary quantity of material to be dosed into the dump box of a dump truck exactly as ordered.
